Job Responsibilities :
- To conceptualize, create and assist ZSH: Sell-out to execute in the marketplace
- Supporting in ISP hiring as per the module
- Tracking ISP performance on the following parameters:
- Target Achievement
- Productivity Comparison
- Zero Sellers
- Reviewing counter share
- Training off-roll and, on-roll manpower, and store staff
- Executing Tertiary Drives
- Competition tracking & reporting of ISP count, incentive structures, other sell-out incentives for Trade
- Ensuring DTS Activations on a monthly basis.
- Analysing Net Promoter Scores and taking corrective actions for improvement
- Creating Team Leader PJP to ensure effective geographical coverage
