The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
- Mange marketing, negotiation, finalizing orders etc. to achieve budgeted sales and meet gross margin targets.
- Build and plan the short and long-term strategy for the region and take charge of executing it on the ground.
- Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the Zone and Quality Acquisitions.
- Identify/Launch new markets for better penetration
- Operation efficiencies, Development, Coaching & Retention of team members.
- Demonstrate organization Way of working as per the norms defined from time to time.
- Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience in Channel Sales in FMCG products
- Knowledge and experience of the territory (Experience of more than 5 years in Western Region)
- Excellent communication & selling skills
- Tech savvy, should be comfortable working in MS-Excel and power point
- Should be good with numbers and must have business acumen.
