- Graduate in marketing or management

- 2-4 years of experience handling operations in your zone with deep knowledge and networks in different states of your zone

- Associated or worked as event curator/ club promoter/ event organizer/ artist booking agent before in the zone

- Lead team of 2-3 city managers to deliver results across all verticals of IAMIN

- Associate with events, college festivals, digital partnerships to increase user acquisition and engagement on the platform

- Partnerships with brands, offers across zone for the users to access on IAMIN

- Creating and managing student teams for promotions, ticketing and operations in the cities of the zone

- Focus on growth of the app in the cities through PR and marketing initiatives

- Knowledge of Indian youth entertainment industry - events, venues and brands

- Understanding and connects with event categories and deploying associations across the zone

- Ability to assess channels of marketing and user acquisition, engagement for the cities in the zone - Identify and associate with different strategic partners to grow, expand verticals of IAMIN

- Competency to handle operations for 4-6 cities as the zonal head for IAMIN

- Ability to assess the trends of user behavior on the app and tailor initiatives for growth accordingly.

- Control and grow verticals across 8-10 cities in the zone allocated

- Opportunities to get insights and data of the largest, most valuable population audience in India

- Direct reporting access to COO - Access to 50+ cities and 2000+ college networks across India
