- Formulating & implementing sales strategies & activities pertaining to business development such as making State wise Category / Retail wise Plans,outlet growth and experimentation etc.
- Establishing and strengthening the Distribution system. Supply Chain Management for the depot.
- Conceptualizing Planning for sales related activities to drive Market Share/Numeric distribution /volumes, visibility and reach.
- Appraising the performance of the team & building a strong team.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share.
- Monitoring distribution figures
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable Dealers & Distributors resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
- Co-ordinating with supply chain for achieving targets set by the organization.
