Zonal Business Head - B2B Sales - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Ensuring the maximum sales by providing efficient sales operations for achieving the allocated target, including acquisitions, retention, up-sell & cross-sell.
- Managing multi layered team, tracking performance and giving regular feedback
- Leading price negotiations with clients and establishing excellent working relationships with them. - Adopting feasible sales strategies by analyzing the potential of the client /product through consistent market research.
Customer Service and Process Improvement :
- Handling customer queries for better turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing every customer complaint and suggesting process improvements. Raising the bar and establishing world class service standards.
- Interacting with the clients on a regular basis & proactively helping customers to achieve the highest ROI.
- Continuous improvement of processes across all business metrics.
Market Analysis and Feedback :
- Keep a close tab on the external environment and understand the Real estate market in the zone handled.
- Testing new products in the market and provide appropriate feedback to the product team.
- Regular process improvement feedback to Corporate office.
The Requisites :
- MBA from a reputed institute with 10-15 years of work experience.
- The ideal candidate has exposure in B2B and with a strong knack for innovation.
- Should have strong proven analytical skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Should have handled a team of at least 25-30 people. Ideally through a layered structure.
- Candidates from online classified /Ad sales background preferred. Though open to candidates from FMCG/BFSI/ Concept sales backgrounds as well.
- Candidate expected to be goal driven and with a passion for excellence.
- Capable of working in a high pressure/ stress environment.
- Candidate expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Previous job stability with at least 2- 3 years in the current company is highly desirable.
