Responsibilities :
- Recruit, hire, and train sales agents at the visa center
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Coordinate with the team here at Bangalore to run marketing experiments
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Partner with affiliates to activate alternative sources of leads
Requirements :
- Must be a graduate with proven work experience of 3-5 years of overall experience in sales.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
