Roles and Responsibilities :
- Converting Leads into prospects by Pitching the Pre Leased Real Estate Investment Product and Project through - Cold and Warm Calling-, Chat & Email.
- Conduct Video Presentations of the Projects so as to better explain the deals to prospective clients.
- Liaise with the Site Sales team and push prospects for Site visits
- Managing site visits, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the Site Sales team for any clarification if needed
- Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction at the time of meetings and site visits
- Updating Leads in CRM for every activity performed
