Zolo Stays - Manager - Digital Marketing (3-6 yrs)
- Responsible for managing and optimizing complete paid marketing spends across channels.
- Understanding key customer persona, doing regular competitive research, identifying key trends in the market to tweak and create long term and short term marketing strategy to meet the business objective.
- Effective execution of paid marketing strategy using existing and new paid ads channels. Regular optimization of all the paid marketing channels.
- Managing digital marketing KPIs and maintaining the report to be shared with management.
- Running re-engagement/drip campaigns to existing users using Clevertap, email and sms campaigns.
- Regular monitoring of website, paid marketing, sales funnel to identify drop-offs using website/app analytics tools, CRM, MLS data.
- Providing key feedback to product/tech/sales team to optimize website/apps/sales process to meet key business goals.
- Providing strategic support on both day-to-day and long-term initiatives
