Zolo - Inside Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
The role of the Associate/Sr Associate Distribution would encompass the following :
- Making a customer understand how the organisation helps in delivering a investment ZERO-WORRY - opportunity in a real-estate domain.
- Will be connecting customers directly through cold-calling and pitch them the benefits of the product. Give them proper presentation of the products after screening the profile and identifying their needs and financial capacity.
- Be well acquainted with the financial products that investors normally invest in apart from real-estate and counsel the clients on how this product stands out as a safe, affordable and high yielding investment option.
- Invite the client for a site-visit.Those who cannot visit in person, should be given a virtual tour of the project to gain their confidence.
- Initiate a price negotiation, educate them on the mortgage availability and other 2 legal formalities.
- Coordinate with the Channel Partners and engage with their team on a regular-basis and push for more site-visits.
- Hunt for channel partners who are right fit for the company and make them sign CP agreements with us.
Skills Required for the role
- Ability to negotiate and good in interpersonal communication. - Enjoys sales and loves to push himself harder to achieve high sales numbers. - Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Passionate about Real-Estate.
- Highly energetic person and keen to learn.
