Zolo - Associate Manager - Customer Experience (5-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities : Associate Customer Experience Manager
The role would encompass the following:
- Fully manage the accommodation service
- Interact with new customers and convert them to become customers
- Supervising housekeeping, maintenance, security operations for accommodations.
- Front desk responsibility and addressing customer queries and concerns
- Administrative responsibilities of reporting
- This role involves 50% sales and 50% operations
Desired Skill :
- Friendly and welcoming approach for the customers and good English/Hindi communication skills
- Good administrative skills and record keeping skills
- IT skills for emails, Microsoft Excel and smartphone app use.
- Team working skills.
