Zodiac Clothing - Associate - Customer Service (1-4 yrs)
Customer Service Associate:
As a Customer Service Associate, you are the face of ZODIAC Clothing Company Ltd.
You are the person who helps fulfill our mission of providing Indian consumers with the finest quality clothing.
Your KRAs will be: Customer Service
- Interact with customers who enter our store
- Help them make a selection
- Provide information on our products and convert every walk in into sale
- Resolve any issues they might have with returns etc
- Ensure 100% satisfaction to the customer
In addition you will need to ensure :
- Visual merchandising guidelines are maintained at the store
- Stock reconciliation, stock inward & outward
- Handling of the sales proceeds: cash & credit card reconciliation of the store of the company to maintaining store upkeep at all times
Sales Target Achievement :
As an ongoing drive to build a stronger team, the select CSAs are groomed by ZODIAC to fill in store management positions. Majority of the front-end operations managers have been grown from within the organization & had joined as CSAs at some point of time.
Key Competencies :
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to the changing retail environment
- Communication skills (English + Local language of the city)
- Attention to detail in all aspects of KRAS
Education and Experience :
- Higher Secondary or Above
- Front end experience customer service experience in retail, hospitality or airlines
- Basic computer knowledge of email, excel etc
- Freshers with drive, zeal and hunger to succeed can also apply
