Zocket - Team Leader - Telesales - Digital Marketing Services (3-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of tele sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, sales data, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, discuss sales strategies, and provide feedback on performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the selling skills and product knowledge of the tele sales team members.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Generate and present regular reports to the management team, highlighting team performance, achievements, and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and a strong sense of ownership among team members.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in tele sales with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience (Minimum 3 years) in a leadership or team management role within a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead, coach, and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify performance gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and lead the team in a dynamic sales environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales-related tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales success and achieving team objectives.
- Proactive and result-driven attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (work from office)
Working Hours : 10am to 7pm
CTC : Up to 6.5 Lakhs (Annual)
