Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Management :
- Handle and maintain the Client and Companies social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and create engaging content to increase followers and drive engagement.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, news, and insights to optimize posts.
2. Cold Calling :
- Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and build relationships.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a database of cold call responses and results.
3. Content Creation :
- Write creative and compelling content for social media posts, captions, and blogs.
- Assist in creating multimedia content (graphics, videos) in collaboration with the design team.
- Optimize content to align with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
4. Account Handling :
- Manage social media inquiries and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content.
- Maintain and update client accounts and social media pages with relevant information.
Key Requirements :
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and relevant posts.
- Confidence in cold calling and communicating effectively with potential Customers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive, creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
