Zithara Technologies - Manager - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Work with customers to define requirements and help them adopt Zithara's solutions.

2. Drive demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers.

3. Solution, design, and set up a proof of concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers, ensuring successful implementations.

4. Configure Zithara to meet customer business scenarios

5. Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction

6. In this customer-facing role, you must align working hours with customer time zones to build customer relationships and satisfaction by providing exceptional and timely service.

7. I'd like you to please stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics.

8. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate deep subject matter expertise and a keen technical understanding of the product, all the integration points, and enterprise scenarios.

9. I'd like you to maintain complete documentation and follow organizational processes to implement Zithara products successfully.

10. Ensure the adherence to SLAs and key metrics according to the organization's goals and objectives

11. Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs and requirements while managing customer expectations.

Required Skills :

1. Strong software background and ability to master product functionality, boil down complex requirements into coherent and viable product design and configure software solutions.

2. Proven learner of enterprise applications and experience in implementing cloud solutions.

3. Proven successful track record in large-scale enterprise implementations involving integrations using APIs and web services, data analysis/ data migrations

4. Experience driving technical discussions, discovery workshops with customers, and mapping business requirements to product functionality for maximum customer impact and understanding.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in requirements and solution documentation.

6. Ability to manage and work across multiple projects. Experience working with remote teams across different timezones

7. Strong ability to demo/train and deliver excellent customer presentations.

8. Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

9. Open to travel on short notice to customer locations when required
