Zirca - Manager - Campaign Management (2-5 yrs)
Designation : Campaign Manager
Level : Account Manager
The Role :
This is a contributor role, reporting into the Head of Account Management. Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows :
Purpose :
- To ensure retention and expansion of allocated accounts
The key expectations of the role :
- Achievement of revenue targets for allocated accounts
- Client satisfaction
- Develop expert level understanding of using demand side trading platform translating to effective articulation and positioning of the value proposition to client
- Ensure successful deployment of new products & features at client's end
- Identify opportunities for upsell to existing clients
- Manage project progress against agreed timelines and ensure projects are delivered within stipulated budget
- Manage account growth through implementing campaign solutions: developing campaign strategy, building campaigns, and monitoring and optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer marketing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimization of accounts through : recommendation of right bidding strategy and budget strategy for the accounts, ensuring efficiency and scale by helping clients adopt - best-fit- product features/functionalities
Competencies required: Knowledge, skills, attitude :
Knowledge :
Essential :
- Knowledge & understanding of programmatic eco-system. Knowledge of basic elements of programmatic campaign execution and information flow
- Knowledge and understanding of demand side platform
- Understanding of the DSPs (for ex: Google DV360, MediaMath)
- Fundamentals of digital technology (for ex: how Http protocol works, how internet works, APIs and client server data flow)
Desirable :
- Knowledge of agency business

Essential :
- Business Analytical skills [analysing and drawing meaningful inference from data]
- Ability to build and manage relationships
- Good written and verbal communication

The Individual : (education and experience)
Essential :
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced client-facing role
- Experience in an online advertising role.
- Experience with a focus on Sales/Account Management
- Must be aware of programmatic business, elements and latest market updates
- Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
Desirable :
- BE, B Tech or an MBA
- Experience in Account Management, campaign management, client servicing, digital planning and technical operation is plus
