Ziploan - Manager - Referral Marketing (5-7 yrs)
Role:
1. Develop a strong understanding of who should be an Ambassador and how this program is differentiated, creating outsized value for both the Ambassador and the company.
2. Develop incentive and reward model for Ambassadors to drive referrals program.
3. Develop the overarching program infrastructure, including program brand identity and messaging, rules of engagement, toolkits, etc.
4. Implement tools/CRM to house and measure all Ambassadors at scale.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams and product to integrate program into Product roadmap.
6. Define brand and social guidelines, develop content, marketing calendar and create briefs.
7. Go beyond Facebook: empower Ambassadors to leverage all distribution channels to share their stories and drive referrals (i.e. Email, Text, Messenger, YouTube, Whatsapp etc).
Desired Profile:
1. Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator.
2. 5 plus years of overall professional marketing experience.
3. Prior experience working with MSME customers.
4. Skilled with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website, print communications, online communications and direct mail.
5. Should have an analytical bent of mind and should be numbers driven.
6. Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Driver, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical, Versatile.
