Zipgrid is one of the fastest growing PropTech startup organizations with 7+ years of operational experience providing solutions to Co-operative Housing Societies and acting as a one stop solution through an in-house technology based platform.

We are a team of close to 200 vibrant young members, based across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Ahmedabad and we are looking at growth hackers at different levels in our Business Development team.

Team Leader

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- To manage a team of sales professionals in the technology business space

- To nurture, build and grow the business exponentially amongst various verticals based upon the strategies and directions of the management team

- Regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; improving productivity, resolving problems, identifying trends; identifying process improvements, implementing change, tracking competitors.

- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan, ruthless execution, deficit planning

- Act as bridge between Client and delivery team for smooth completion of contract.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate with minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, direct sales, B2B sales.

- Team handling experience of min 3 years with a team size of 5+ members

- Should have good leadership and good analytical skill.

- Supervisory or management experience, preferably of a sales staff.

- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of Performance and operating conditions.

- Prior experience of handling clients independently.

Experience: 6-10 years

Preference:

- PropTech companies

- Software Industry

- Candidate has his/her own vehicle
