Urgently looking for a Service Coordinator
Key Responsibility :
- Handled the team of 15 to 20 Engineer's Team for Delhi, NCR for Installing the Systems (I.e. Servers, Printers, & Projector ).
- Coordinate with internal Team
- Deal with different vendors Emerson & presto, for installing the servers,, printers
- Handling all the DOA Cases & escalate it as per the escalation matrix till closure (i.e. Servers, Printers).
- Maintaining Weekly and Monthly Productivity Reports of Engineers with Attendance.
- Maintaining Vendor Payment with their Records as well. Project Handled .
- Effective communication skills: A customer service executive must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time
- Smart thinker : The service executive should be able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customers
- He/she must be highly motivated
- He/she should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence
- Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application
