Qualifications :
- 8-13 years of proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on writing, editing, and business storytelling.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, including overseeing and guiding a team of content associates.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling, and research-oriented content.
- Proficiency in understanding and communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high content quality standards.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content marketing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret content performance metrics to enable a robust content strategy.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing content strategies that drive expertise, thought leadership, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities :
- Content Strategy Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals, target audience, and brand voice/tonality.
- Drive the creation of diverse content types, including articles, whitepapers, videos, infographics, case studies, and more. Create and manage a content calendar which can be leveraged across our channels and brand touch points.
- Exceptional Storytelling : Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, effectively conveying the value of our products and services. Develop a consistent and captivating brand story across all content touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, to align content initiatives with business objectives. Ensure a consistent message and brand representation across all teams.
- Content Creation and Review : Personally contribute to content creation, writing, editing, and scripting, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
- Review and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance the overall quality of content. Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to maintain the excellence and accuracy of all content materials.
- Demonstrate a sharp attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing error-free content.
- Technology and Business Acumen : Understand the intersection of technology and business trends. Translate complex technical concepts into simple and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing strategies to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
- Metrics and Analytics : Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement, reach, and impact. Report regularly to upper management on content performance and ROI.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, writers, and editors. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to ensure high-quality content production and continuous improvement.
