Zinnov - Manager - Marketing (5-8 yrs)
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building, developing and growing the Marketing Organization
- Developing strategic marketing plans that will help create newer revenue opportunities and enable delivery of programs as effective conduits of revenue
- Defining event plans/programs with clear action plans, and implementation to achieve the various revenue, margin and customer related targets
- Proactively defining and driving marketing led customer strategies and goals
- Conceptualizing online and digital marketing plans and roadmaps, based on pre-identified outcomes and metrics
- Ability to independently build, manage client interactions that will lend to building quality artefacts and connects that can be leveraged by the organization
- Creative management of various events - Ideation of concepts and themes based on technology and business trends, attendee experience design etc.
- Remain strategical, tactical and program oriented, in delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations
- Ability to identify vendors, channel and strategic partners to drive Zinnov's brand and thought leadership to higher levels globally
- Ability to understand technology and articulate the value proposition of ideas, marketing messages, events, sessions etc. to customers and partners
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Aptitude to think out of the box, manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and can prioritize effectively
- Excellent people management skills, to motivate team despite repetitive tasks
- Strong research skills to identify potential partners, speakers and collaborators for events
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Proactively able to define and drive customer strategies and goals
