Education: Any graduation with relevant experience

We are looking for a Content Editor to research, write, proofread and publish online content.

As a content editor, you will get a chance to work with the research team as well as the marketing team. For the marketing team, responsibilities largely include producing the monthly newsletter, articles and optimizing written pieces to increase user engagement. While for the research team, responsibilities include fact-checking, proof-reading and re-structuring reports or analyst pieces. If you have excellent writing and editing skills in English and experience managing editorial calendars, we- d like to meet you. Please share samples of your work by including either a portfolio or links to your published articles along with your application.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Write blog posts and marketing copy to promote our products and services

- Update our website and social media pages with new content

- Craft and send our monthly newsletter

- Improve illustration in collaboration with marketing and design teams

- Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines

- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication

- Generate new ideas around industry-related topics

- Research Team:

- Proofread, re-structure and edit articles by analysts/consultants

- Check the basic format of the reports to ensure consistency in layout, presentation of numbering, reference style, graphs, and ensure adherence to the style guidelines

- Closely work with analysts and leads to provide necessary suggestions & support and ensure output of the finest quality

Requirements

- Understanding of Digital and Engineering terminologies, preferred

- Proven work experience as a Content Editor, or similar role

- Portfolio of published work

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Attention to detail

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress) and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research

- Team spirit
