ZinkID Media - Associate - Customer Delight (1-3 yrs)
Associate Customer Delight plays a key role within Customer Delight division. They handle the service aspect of the flagship solution which has been already implemented in hundreds of schools across India. They have the power to impact 500 teachers and 10,000 students every year by transforming classrooms to ThinkRoomsTM.
Detailed Description:
- Plays a catalyst role between client and the organization.
- Will be the point of contact for the client
- Carries concerns and feedback from the client to the organisation
- Keeps client informed on any changes or updates about Chrysalis
- Enables and sustains transformation in assigned schools
- Assists the school in changing the Classrooms to ThinkRooms
- Clears doubts and difficulties that the client may face at any point
- Responsible for up-selling and cross-selling within the school
- Keeps client aware of other opportunities available in Chrysalis suitable for them
- Safeguards smooth adoption of additional products by the client
- Payment collection
- Keeps client aware of payment dates
- Collects payment for Chrysalis from the client
- Shares regular updates and feedback to Team Lead
- Maintains constant communication with the Team Lead about any feedback or concerns that the client may have.
- Ensures the feedback is taken into consideration
Desired Skills :
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with a penchant to build strong rapport with schools
- Excellence in Communication
Proactivity Experience :
- Around 1 - 3 years, with an excellent service record preferably in academic support services in schools or institutional services
