The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities :

Business Expansion :

- Develop and manage relationship with Placement cells at educational institutes and with companies through email, telephonic or face to face conversation

- Identify opportunities in the client's business issues and help to explore the underlying opportunities

- Analyses and plans innovative strategies of selling

- Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific period and generate the target revenue

- Work with the internal team to create sales strategies and supporting materials.

- Learn competitor activities and strategise for competitive advantage

- Brand about Zinka USP, plans & offers and the outcome of using our products to the clients

Skills :

- Negotiation

- Interpersonal

- Working in a start-up culture

- Expert of conversion and also retention of customers

- Believes in the product and involves in continuous -changes in the product based on lead's feedback

- Self driven and self motivated

- Strong knowledge of EdTech

- Strong knowledge of the three parties - students, colleges and companies

- Psychology

- Detail and result oriented

- Written and verbal communication

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

- 3+ years' of sales experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in B2B sales

- 2 years experience in education domain

Salary Range

5,000 INR-10,000INR per 20 hours

Commission 5%-10% of sales revenue earned by you

Equity 2%-5%
