Position: D2C Growth Lead
Location: Gurgaon
Compensation: No bar for the right candidate
Experience: 4+ years with minimum managerial experience of 2 years
Preferred Qualifications: Tier 1 undergrad colleges with experience in a growing D2C startup (IIT, NIT, BITS only )
Overview: As the D2C Growth Lead at Zingbus, you will spearhead initiatives to drive B2C revenue growth by developing strategic campaigns, managing CRM efforts, and executing data-driven marketing strategies. You will work cross- functionally to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, optimizing digital marketing and CRM to achieve key growth objectives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to scale growth, drive engagement, and improve customer lifetime value.
What you will do:
- Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Develop and execute growth campaigns aimed at boosting B2C revenue across zingbus.com and the Zingbus app.
- Conceptualize and prioritize customer acquisition and retention-focused product ideas each quarter to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.
- B2C Product Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the product team to ideate and implement B2C product features that improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Continuously assess customer needs and market feedback to propose product improvements aligned with growth objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and performance of product initiatives.
- Data-Driven Customer Retention Management:
- Oversee the CRM strategy to enhance lifecycle marketing through personalized, data-backed campaigns.
- Design innovative loyalty programs and initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Manage and work closely with the CRM team to leverage customer segmentation and behavioral data to implement retention and reactivation strategies.
- Performance Marketing Oversight:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to achieve target KPIs like ROI, CAC, and revenue growth.
- Manage and work closely with the performance marketing team to align campaigns with overarching growth objectives.
- Growth Campaigns & Partnerships:
- Drive growth partnerships with external stakeholders to create impactful collaborations that scale user acquisition and retention.
- Launch creative growth campaigns to amplify brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, evaluate, and report key metrics across growth initiatives to the leadership team.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead the growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in driving measurable growth in D2C through CRM, product strategies, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in creating and executing growth campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Ability to manage and lead teams while driving accountability through KPIs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in a consumer Internet startup is a plus
