Job Overview :
We seek an experienced and innovative SEO Content Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead our content strategy, create high-quality SEO-optimized content, and drive organic search traffic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and a passion for producing engaging content.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute an innovative, data-driven SEO strategy to increase Zingbus's visibility in search engines
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases relevant to our industry
- Create, edit, and optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of SEO specialists
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, search-friendly content aligned with the customer journey
- Work closely with the product team to ensure SEO-friendly product updates.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Perform regular site audits to identify opportunities for content improvement and SEO optimization
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, etc.)
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an SEO lead or other similar role.
- Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience managing and leading a team of SEO executives, writers etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic.
