ZiffyHomes - Manager - Corporate Alliance (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:-
- As a person in this position, you need to be highly driven, and take ownership and responsibility for the following:
- Establishing connect with corporates in your location to identify opportunities to partner with ZiffyHomes for its objectives and activities.
- You will be responsible for acquiring new corporates and for ensuring their commitment to ZiffyHomes by working closely with them.
- Managing the relationship with our retention clients, communicating regularly about the work done, thereby creating long term supporters for ZIffyhomes.
- Carrying out research work on the corporate segment in the region in order to create a pipeline for reach outs.
- Creating proposals and presentations, to be used as effective pitching tools while connecting to the corporates.
- Managing the portfolio of clients to convert on income & maintain relationships; with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts.
- Accountable for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to contract development
- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels
- Create an effective sales pitch and strong sales collateral
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and strategize accordingly
- Solicit feedback on product and services
Requirement :
- Preferably 2-5 years of work experience.
- Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
- Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
- Should be comfortable in delivering on rapidly changing project milestones and timelines.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills
