Job Description :
- We're looking for a hustler Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to work directly with our Head of Partnerships & CEO.
- As a Business Development Representative, you'll help launch & grow some of the most visible ZFW partnerships with well-known E-Commerce & D2C brands.
- You will be accountable for researching leads, prospecting, & setting up meetings for the Partnerships team while working cross-functionally to drive revenue & deliver on critical company objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and thrive as a self-starter in a dynamic early-stage environment.

What you will do :
- Research & prospect E-Commerce & D2C brands (of all sizes) using Google, LinkedIn, & other reliable sources.
- Outreach to contacts within those brands through phone, email, & social channels.
- Demonstrate the value of ZFW Dark Stores- platform to the right fits, & set meetings with Partnerships Team to most importantly, help DRIVE REVENUE!
- Help prepare & execute Internal & External growth plans for customers & stakeholders.
- Help grow revenue pipeline for subsequent quarters.
- Be an ambassador for ZFW, both internally & externally.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant Sales/BD, Account Management, or Partnerships experience.
- Proven ability/drive to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously, & execute methodically. Data-driven.
- Strong communication (written + verbal), objection handling, & persuasion skills.
- Love learning with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A people person with gratitude, integrity, & no ego.
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior sales experience in B2B E-commerce/MarTech/Supply Chain/Logistics tech companies
