As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales strategy and drive growth in our B2C segment.

Position Overview : The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our mission and business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in B2C sales, preferably within the content, technology, or parenting sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique needs of parents and a passion for helping them access the resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement a robust sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the parenting domain.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Performance Tracking : Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve and exceed goals.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and optimise the customer journey.

Budget Management : Oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

Reporting : Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2C environments.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.

- Experience in the parenting, content, or technology sectors is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of digital sales channels, including e-commerce, online subscriptions, and content monetization.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and drive execution.

- Passion for parenting and a deep empathy for the challenges and needs of parents.
