Category Growth : Driving M-o-M growth and scaling the category while retaining existing customers and adding new customers.
Strategy : Identify demand hot spots across the country and build a robust pipeline for continuous business.
Cross Functional Capabilities : Drive ops excellence by setting up processes, systems and protocols. Lead hiring of cross-functional teams to scale the business with high customer experience.
