ZETA Group - Assistant Manager/Executive - Marketing - eCommerce Vertical (3-4 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic E-Commerce Assistant Manager/Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales-to-order cycle, hands-on experience creating sales and purchase orders, and excel at generating daily and weekly MIS reports.
The individual must be versatile, have a start-up mindset, be capable of multitasking, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, First Cry, and Shopify other e-commerce platforms for product listings and pricing.
- Monitor and verify payments received from each marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, First Cry, etc.) to ensure accuracy and reconciliation.
- Track and analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and platform performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.
- Maintain and manage all our sales touchpoints websites, online marketplaces, and aggregators oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimize the overall customer experience.
- Manage A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront, ensuring engaging and high-quality content that enhances brand visibility and conversions.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements (Amazon PPC, Flipkart & First Cry Ads, etc).
- Analyse and adjust campaign performance to achieve ROI and sales targets.
- Create and manage FBA shipments, track inventory levels, and ensure smooth fulfillment for Amazon FBA.
- Manage returns from Amazon, First Cry, and other platforms, ensuring proper reconciliation and restocking.
- File and track safety claims for damaged or lost inventory with relevant platforms.
- Optimize product visibility using effective keyword research and SEO strategies.
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities from the backend.
- Optimize end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
- Enhance customer experience by working closely with the team.
- Analyse data, identify potential prospects, conduct outreach, and build customer relationships to drive sales.
- Generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
