Call Center agent
- You will work as agent in a call center. You would attend customer calls and answer the queries.
- Make outbound calls as needed.
- While answering the call, you would need to refer existing information and dashboards.
- Make sure that all calls are answered to the customer's satisfaction, make notes as needed and update all required trackers on time with correct information.
Skills & Experience Required :
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English both
- Exp 0-2 years as call center agent preferably in payment/card industry
