About the Team Lead - Sales (US Shift) Role : 

- As a Team Lead, you would be responsible to achieve the business target for the assigned region (US Shift). The role is entrepreneurial and has enormous freedom to create work that enables you to function like an entrepreneur. You will get first-hand experience in taking the business from 10 to 100. As a part of this role, you should have a customer-centric mindset and experience generating business and closing deals individually and with a team. You should also have experience in handling and building a high-performing team.

1. Business Target : 

- Acquiring and maintaining business relationships with new clients

- Understanding client requirements and working on right solutions

2. Team building, handling, and training : 

- Training the team on understanding client requirements and the solutions for the same

- Building and managing a high-performing team

3. Cross-team coordination : 

- Coordination with various teams in VDO.AI for campaign execution, process creation, and usage etc

- Problem-solving in case of any cross-team issues

4. Day to Day Work : 

- Identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring the same

- Maintain relationships and procure new accounts

- Understand client requirements and work on the right solution with support from various teams

- Review the pipeline of the team and work towards helping the team to close deals

- Tracking of leads to conversion of team member and work towards achieving the conversion target

- Resolve client issues with best solution, keeping the relationship healthy

- Contribute to internal strategy on business expansion and reviews basis the market insights

Requirements :

- 5 + years of B2B Sales

- 3+ years of experience in handling and building team

- Track record of handling 5 cr+ portfolio and ability to close complex deals

- Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts with deep relationships

- Ability to think on how can we add value to clients in their growth

- Strong analytical thinker to spot trends/ insights and use it to build business and support team

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to drive the team towards the mission and assist wherever needed

- Comfortable with working in US shift
