Zero1 - Senior Account Manager (2-3 yrs)
The Manager, Publisher Accounts is an ownership-driven managerial profile that would involve end-to-end responsibility of every publisher working with us in association with our team of account executives.
For this position we are looking for a high-energy self-starter with the ability to structure and manage the Account Management function in VDO.AI and enable us to deliver top-notch, prompt support and grow existing business as well. This involves managing partnership relationships with publishers of all sizes, including top tier publishers across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship management and continuous growth of publisher accounts
- Establishing new partnerships and optimizing revenue stream for existing publisher portfolio
- Analyzing daily trends and making suggestions on scaling publisher activity
- Support the Business Development team and the Sales Manager in continuous sales efforts
- Working with AdOps, Product and Integration teams internally to support publisher needs and wants
- Act as a key point of contact for the company management
- Lead monthly business reviews internally-
- Establish and evaluate performance metrics of the Account Management vertical and team
- Recruit, train and manage team members in the Account Management vertical
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
- A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
- A quick learner and full of curiosity-
- At least 2 years of similar Ad.tech work experience in BD/Client Servicing/Account Management
