Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional with 1-5 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions in ESG, CBAM, and sustainability sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, driving sales growth, and building strategic relationships with corporate clients, PSUs, and pre-IPO companies.

What We're Looking For:

- 1-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, climate tech, or sustainability solutions.

- Proven track record in consultative selling, meeting sales targets, and managing enterprise clients.

- Understanding of carbon accounting, ESG frameworks, and CBAM compliance is a plus.

- Strong communication & negotiation skills to engage CXOs, sustainability leaders, and compliance officers.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Passion for climate action, sustainability, and technology-driven impact.
