Your Role
- Good experience in Advertising, Coordinating with the client and other teams, ensure clients share timely all details to set up campaigns.
- Get the creatives made by content & creative team on time and ensure to get timely client approvals
- QC all the creatives and landing page SKU mapping along with other campaign requirements
- Set up campaigns before deadline
- Manage campaign consumption
- Keeping records of clients ROs, approved creatives and invoices
- Share timely and accurate campaign details with Finance team for invoicing
- Followup with clients on timely payments. Send reminders before due date and follow up on calls with client
- Share timely reports and other documents for payments
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Handling financial issues with the client, timely estimation collection.
- Maintain regular interaction with client & internal teams.
- Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.

- Good communication skills. Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Detailing to Clients Specifications
- Candidate should be proficient in Excel
