Zepto - Manager - Ads Operation (1-6 yrs)

As part of the Ads Team, the Ads Operations role is vital for ensuring the smooth execution and management of advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they run efficiently and meet performance goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in any stream with strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2-4 years of experience in ad operations, and digital marketing in an agency or company
- Proficiency with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc) are a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- High ownership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and schedule campaigns according to the established SOPs for the advertiser brands allocated to you
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make data-driven decisions to ensure delivery of campaigns while maintaining the KPIs
- Work closely with campaign strategists and sales teams to ensure that campaign objectives and strategies are aligned
- Generate and deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients
- Monitor campaign pacing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure full consumption of ad budgets in an effective manner.
