Your Role

As part of the Revenue team, you will own visual merchandising for the Zepto product

- Aid in executing merchandising strategy for assigned categories basis data backed insights on customer behavior

- Execute & optimize upselling opportunities and leverage them in merchandising as well as give inputs to product team for product development to achieve the same

- Manage and execute event calendar and merchandising changes for the assigned categories

- Work with on keeping search and recommendation results most relevant for the TG

Enhance conversion of assets by optimizing execution basis performance & user demand

Experience Required:

1-3 years of Category/ marketing experience driving high growth categories (Fashion/ Mobiles/ Electronics/ General Merchandise) in e-commerce.

Must have skills :

- Strong understanding of merchandising & design elements

- Bias to action - we move at a very fast pace

- Consumer understanding and empathy - ability and willingness to put the customer at the center of all decision making

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational, planning and program management skills

- Negotiation skills, resource stewardship and an ability to handle ambiguity
