Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis through lead generation via inbound & outbound channels
2. Establish rapport, identify needs, make appropriate recommendations and close the sale via customer meetings, telephone, and web.
3. Assisting Clients in setting up their online stores & providing them with expert opinions about market standards regarding online selling.
4. Act as an e-commerce consultant with for the clients to deliver effective solutions to clients.
5. Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients over the phone, email, and in person.
6. Maintaining healthy working relationships with existing customers.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Attention to detail & effective time management skills
3. High energy levels, confidence, drive and resilience working in a fast paced environment.
4. Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
5. Some prior exposure or sound understanding of e-commerce.
6. Understand business & has an entrepreneurial streak
