Responsibilities :
- Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis through lead generation via inbound & outbound channels
- Establish rapport, identify needs, make appropriate recommendations and close the sale via customer meetings, telephone, and web.
- Assisting Clients in setting up their online stores & providing them with expert opinions about - market standards regarding online selling.
- Act as e-commerce consultant with for the clients to deliver effective solutions to clients.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients over phone, email, and in person.
- Maintaining healthy working relationships with existing customers.
HOW DO WE PITCH ZEPO TO CLIENTS:
Zepo offers B2B solutions to established and budding businesses. We meet clients - some of whom are large, legacy manufacturers, export import houses, brand-new startups, SMBs, etc. We show them how e-commerce can be a profitable way of building their brand. We have helped brands like BSE, Bengaluru Football Club & Jain Irrigation setup their online sales channels and create a sustainable business online.
CTC : 3-6 LPA (based on experience)
Experience : Minimum of 1 year in B2B Sales, preference will be given to candidates from tech/e-commerce background
Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail & effective time management skills
- High energy levels, confidence, drive and resilience working in a fast paced environment.
- Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Some prior exposure or sound understanding of e-commerce.
- Understand business & has an entrepreneurial streak
