About this role :
Work closely with the founding sales team. We are looking for folks who are excited to get to learn in the 0 to 1 journey.
The primary objective of the team is to generate leads and set up meetings with qualified prospects by optimising our outbound sales machinery - iterating on channels, messaging, ICP (ideal customer profile), tooling etc.
You will be helping the team in:
- Connecting with prospects, send messages and track responses
- Managing the database and CRM
- Creating reports and dashboards on excel
- Run campaigns and track important metrics every week
Basically, you will be working very closely with our sales team in streamlining the sales process. If outbound sales excites you, reach out to us.

Key qualifications :
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Advanced knowledge of excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Knowledge of using CRM (Hubspot/ Pipedrive/ Salesforce etc)
- Experience of using databases like Apollo, 6sense etc is a plus
- Comfortable working late at night to ensure sufficient overlap with US prospects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Grit and curiosity to learn new topics in great depth.
- Not taking yourself too seriously :)
Compensation :
- Fixed:- INR 10,000 - INR 16,000 per month
Location :
- Remote
- We have an office in Indiranagar, Bengaluru (if you like to work from office occasionally)
