Location: Bangalore, Koramangala

Experience : 4-8 Years

Pay Structure : As Per Industry

Role responsibilities :

- Training new batches for product and sales

- Training existing Inside Sales Team on how to achieve targets.

- Team coordination, Team Management

- Training Sales Team on different sales skills

- Maintain relationships with partners by providing regular updates.

- Identify new products that can help cancer patients, based on discussions with partners and other stakeholders.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred) with 2+ years of experience in Business Development (Healthcare experience preferred)

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills

- Strong communication and networking skills

- Good planning and organizational skills

- Commercial and business awareness
