Location : Bangalore, Koramangala

Experience : 2- 5 Years

Salary : Fix + uncap incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Calling cancer patient and guiding them on cancer care and ZenOnco.ios offerings that can help them in their treatment journey

- Explaining benefits of ZenOnco.io's offerings so that patients can subscribe to the services

- Collect medical data from patients and forward to internal team for onward processing

- Ensure strong follow-ups with patients to ensure that they go for the service

- Process mapping from case initiation to delivery of consultation

- Manage patient relations and ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues and concerns

- Coordinate with Patient Counselor to ensure smooth transition of patients for a better experience.
