ZenOnco.io - Manager - Business Development (4-10 yrs)
- Meet Oncologists to onboard them as consultants
- Increase external Doctor referral business
- Understand trends in Healthcare & formulate strategies to approach & achieve referrals
- Conduct conferences ,field visits, hospital tie-ups to achieve the targets
- Search for the right partners, contact them, explain value addition and benefits of collaboration.
- Maintain relationship with partners by providing regular updates and providing solutions to their problems.
- Identify new products that can help cancer patients, corporates and insurance companies, based on discussions with partners and other stakeholders.
- Provide weekly updates on status of partnerships.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred) with at least 4 years of experience.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Commercial and business awareness.
