Social Media Role - Job Purpose
Manage social media handles for creators to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase page growth. Research and analyze social media trends, including social media. Works with various departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels.
Social Media Role - Job Duties
- Responsible for setting targets and developing a social media strategy. Drive high levels of channel growth, excellent engagement and innovative strategies.
- Delivery social media best practice and suggest and make improvements to internal processes to become more efficient
- Researching the latest trends and techniques and finding new ways of measuring our social media activity and improve our analytics and reporting.
- Making a campaign or an idea come to life.
- Producing innovative creative and shoot briefs for social-led content.
- Liaise with the creative team to ensure specific content is created for all social channels
- Track and report on the success of campaigns and content, come up with recommendations for how to improve and continue building performance
- Understanding of creative story-telling and adapting content for different channels, especially: Instagram, Instagram Stories, IGTV, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Positive attitude, detail and client-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English
