Job Responsibilities :
Zenatix Solutions is looking for a - Customer Success Manager- role for Sales team.
Candidate having experience in managing customer services, addressing issues, contribute in the business growth and client coordination will be a good fit.
Listed below are the Job responsibilities & requirement for a better understanding.
1. Project Planning & Execution: Set milestones while managing risks, coordinate with client and various internal teams to seamlessly deploy product in the field within stipulated time.
2. Customer Service: Actively engage client through all phases of the project, ensure client satisfaction through timely communication, ensure delivery of deliverables within communicated time frames.
3. Project health maintenance: Ensure smooth functioning of deployed product and quick redressal of issues with the help of internal troubleshooting team within pre-defined SLAs.
4. Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities to grow business with the customers and engaging sales team with the process.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must.
2. Having an MBA degree from a premier college will be an added advantage.
3. 2-4 years of a relevant work experience.
4. Capability and desire to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
