Zen - Manager - Sales (2-6 yrs)

Within a little over 5 months, we had the opportunity to work with some of the finest brands around- Aditya Birla, Raymonds, Uber, Hitachi, Apple stores and a whole host of e-commerce first brands.
Job Description:
This is a critical position for the short & long term success of Zen Source, we request you to recognize this upfront.
We need the incumbent to be :
- Create outreach strategies for B2B sales to e-commerce brands
- Passionate about customers- You need to be driven by the customer. For us, as an early-stage - startup, every sales interaction is not only a revenue driver but also a great opportunity to fine-tune our offerings. We want to be able to ride on our strengths and scale as we go.
- Excellent at written and verbal communication - There's no shying away from calling and meeting people and striking a chord at the very outset.
- A data-driven decision maker- You need to be great at gathering and analysing data to chart action items.
- A problem solver- Joining a young startup is synonymous with coming up with solutions on the fly.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
- MBA preferred
- 2-3 years of experience as sales manager
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
Job Responsibilities :
- Deliver monthly and quarterly gross-profit plans by implementing outreach strategies and analysing trends and results.
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for channels and partners; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
