Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the sales skills of our team. This role involves assessing training needs, creating effective training materials, and evaluating the impact of training on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales staff.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver training sessions through various methods, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training objectives with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training content.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams to reinforce training concepts.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales training or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Edtech industry is preferred.
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design.
