Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for Azure cloud solutions, driving market penetration and growth in the USA and Middle East.
- Client Partnership : Forge strong, strategic relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and how Zelarsoft's multi-cloud offerings can solve them.
- Customized Solutions : Collaborate with our technical experts to design and present bespoke multi-cloud solutions that align with client goals.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead complex negotiations, close deals efficiently, and ensure satisfaction for both clients and the company.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, with a deep focus on Azure, while also being well-versed in AWS and GCP advancements.
- Client Education: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the intricacies of multi-cloud adoption and ensuring their success.
-Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, directly contributing to Zelarsoft's growth and industry leadership.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights to our product development teams, ensuring our solutions evolve with client needs.
Qualifications :
- Proven Sales Experience: Extensive sales experience in Azure; additional expertise in AWS and GCP is highly beneficial.
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex cloud concepts to diverse client bases, ensuring understanding and trust.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to predict market trends, assess business performance, and devise effective strategies.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A natural problem-solver with a strong focus on delivering value and solving business challenges through cloud solutions.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sales opportunities from prospecting through closing, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications: Holding certifications in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP is a strong plus.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams to support and enhance sales efforts.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to leverage them for sales efficiency.
