Zefo - Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails
- Outbound Courtesy Calls as needed
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments
- Strong knowledge of product licensing policies and procedures
- Focus on customer satisfaction & retention by applying customer service experience and understanding of customer's needs
- Ability to make judgment calls within defined procedures and determine appropriate actions
- Navigate customers through our website and warehouse stores.
- Ability to meet or exceed call/chat metrics.
- Listen, build rapport & display empathy when assisting customers.
- Practice continuous quality control in the handling of in and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Flexible with Shift. (Working hours: 9 AM- 9 PM)
