Position Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and organized YouTube Channel Manager to join our team and help us grow Zee Tamil Presence on the YouTube platform. S/He will be responsible for all aspects of channel management, from strategy and content planning to optimization and community engagement to Collaborating with Agency on daily basis to execute work.

What You'll Do :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube channel strategy aligned with overall business goals.

- Competitor Analysis research and optimize Zee Tamil channel Strategy accordingly with regards to video titles, descriptions, and tags etc.

- Create Road Map to build strong engagement on Zee Tamil with NON fiction content accurately reflect video content.

- Ability to execute work as per schedule with internal and external agencies , along with tracking on upload videos according to a consistent posting calendar.

- Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and identify areas for improvement , with proven strategies.

- Engage with viewers by creative inputs with regards to content.

- Stay up-to-date on YouTube trends and best practices.

- Collaborate with content creators (if required) to ensure repackaged video improve quality and alignment with channel goals.

- Work closely with Agencies on daily basis to scale revenue MOM.

- Generate reports on channel performance and present findings to stakeholders

Who You Are :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in YouTube channel management or a similar digital marketing role.

- Proven track record of growing a YouTube channel and achieving channel goals (views, subscribers, engagement, revenue).

- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and optimization best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Passionate about Zee Tamil and the power of YouTube.

- S/He Must : Read/Write/Speak Tamil - English Mandatory.

Bonus Points :

- Knowledge of video analytics tools beyond YouTube Analytics.

- Experience in Microsoft Excel, PPT.

- A strong understanding of Copyright.

- YouTube Certification is must
